We have created a website and an administration tool for a competition of short student movies called "Pardubický kraťas". Competitors can register not only for the competition, but also for the workshops; they can also view the results from all past years and browse through galleries - this website is simply the main source of a lot of information.
Website
After designing a site structure that would allow for sustainability in the future without major data migrations between years, we worked with UI/UX designer Matej Tobias Moravec. We turned the finished design into code and a page with many dynamic elements was born. We implemented an entry form with several steps and file type checking, a comprehensive results list with the possibility of instant updates after the announcement or even a countdown of days until the next ceremony.
Administrator tool
Simple updates of the website is possible via our administrator tool in their language (in this case Czech). Here the organizer can download all entries in CSV format, playback the submitted movies, update the gallery, edit the results list and schedule workshops.
We provide training and a manual for the use of the administrator tool. Naturally, phone support is also available.
